A few bombs in Libya isn't a war -- How many bombs can China drop on the US before its a war?

Any time a country goes out and drops bombs or soldiers , artillery , any thing that has to do with starting a fight of sort in another territory is a war!Libya is a sovereign country, the problem was internal, it was not for the U.S A or the United Nations to get in there! What excuses ... in order to defend the "rebels". really? Since when ? China is a war machine, it already has its dragon eyes on the West Coast of the U. A. And I understand China controls the Panama C {? not sure here?] what else is the United states government selling out? Yes, is a war , even if it is one bomb!!!
