Fifa 11 - any ideas on cheap good youngsters to buy?

I have gone QPR in manager mode. They give you aroun 7-8million which i adjusted to a bit for the wage budget. I have signed Jack Wilshere, Dani Pacheco on loan, and signed boyata from city for a mere 1 mil. Any ideas on othere decent youngsters that i can buy for cheap? I doubt wilshere will stay after the loan coz he is quality an i cant afford him!
