Sinus pain and drainage?

I have been on allrgy medicine for some time including Allegra D and nasal sprays(Nasonex, flonase and Astelin) They have worked in the past but I have been having serious sinus drainage and pain when it doesn't drain. When I went to the Dr. he put me on an antibiotic for 10 days to no affect. Then I was told to take Mucinex, but, it still wont help. I have tried apple cider vinegar, oil of Oregano, neti pot. All have worked for about 1/2 hour but it comes right back. Does anyone have a really good remedy? I would appreciate any input.
