How long should I defrost this.?

be careful. my microwave, which is new, takes about six minutes on defrost to thaw one pound of ground turkey. it's still icy cold and not quite totally defrosted. this seems to work for any one pound solid m of meat, but be careful. nothing worse than meat partially cooked in the microwave, lol. comes out like leather. you also need to prick some holes in bratwurst so it doesn't explode when the molecules start spinning around. helluva mess in your microwave. ugh!!!
