What are some good tips to start my own sorority at my college?

I am a sopre at a liberal arts school. We have around 10 sororities and fraternities here. I havent seen any that I liked, and I am very interested in starting my own. I know the process may be long and difficult, but I feel it would be worth the effort. Any advice? I am open to anything.
