Where can I get bulk evergreens?

I need quite a few scotch pine or norway spruce for a windbreak/privacy hedge, where can I buy in bulk to save some money? Also, is it effective to use rose of sharon or lilac bushes for a hedge by a fence? They get big so, didn't know.
