HELP ME??? SHOULD I TALK TO HIM?!?!?

okk well thanks... so there is this boy in my lunch at school... (he is a junior and i am a freshman) he is really quiet and kinda shy... and i am too... i really like him but how do i talk to him? we are constantly staring at each other and i think he likes me... we have never talked but i can just look at him and tell that we belong together... my friends think he is always staring at me too at lunch... how do i go about talking to him?
